ddpstudio takes part in competition by invitation held by Meraviglia s.p.a to design an urban multi-family residential, a villa nearby Como. The building set on the lower ridge of a steeped sloped piece of land is comprised of a garage on the ground floor and two floors with flats, which cover a surface of approximately 90 and 140 sq metres, all benefitting from generous views of Lake Como. The main façade changes depending on the desired amount of shade, thanks to the sliding wooden screens and the netting for the climbing plants. The orientation proposed enhances the views and the natural lighting of all the apartments.
