Ddpstudio devised a display using templates of historical models that highlight the design of the cars that have made Ferrari the outstanding brand they are today. The outline of historical Ferrari models in the traditional 1:18 ratio are laser cut from a large sheet of red anodised aluminium and the recurring silhouettes visible from a distance recreate the side of a theatre stage. The positive shapes of these outlines almost playfully turn into two-dimensional models that horizontally fill the entire shop window space but can also be placed or hung around the store. The templates are later sold to the public in a limited edition.
